We cannot stress enough just how important it is to ensure that your saddle is the right one for both you and your horse and that you have it professionally fitted and checked regularly. An ill fitting saddle can cause no end of problems and can end up costing you a lot more money in physio and vet bills.
Our saddler Keith, has over 20 years of experience in saddle fitting and will help select the most suitable saddle for both horse and rider. Keith has trained with some of the top saddle manufacturers in Europe and continues to keep up to date with all the new technologies evolving that enhance the fit and performance of the saddle.
During a call out visit, Keith will assess your horse’s confirmation and take a template. This will then be used to select appropriate saddles to try both when the horse is standing and when ridden. Keith is also happy to check the fit of your exisiting saddle, either here at the store or at your yard. This service is available by appointment only, which is bookable by contacting the store on 01403 786021.
