Based in Billingshurst, West Sussex, we are established as one of the most comprehensive retail stores in the South and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, expert knowledge and the highest quality products at affordable prices.
The brand was established in 1988 by husband and wife team, Keith & Gaynor, in a garden centre in Angmering, before relocating to an independent premises nearby. As Keith and Gaynor’s family grew with the birth of their two daughters, Kate & Jess, so did the business. A second store was launched in 1993 in Billingshurst to supply animal feed and bedding whilst the original shop continued to supply all things equestrian. In 2000 it became necessary to expand further, so the Angmering store was relocated to the Billingshurst site.
Over time, Keith & Gaynor have put their equine experience and passion into the store and have surrounded themselves with a knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated team of staff, including their daughters, who all work hard to make the business a success.
The team here really are the heart of Equitogs, as the store simply wouldn’t run without them. We like to think of ourselves as one big happy family and feel that a happy team makes for a really positive and fun shopping experience for all our customers. We have a diverse range of knowledge bases and skill sets within the team and we are always happy to help with whatever queries or issues you might have.. and of course we’re always up for a laugh & a bit of banter!
